4- Other information relevant to products and services. We may required Time Zone, root password of the server, username of server, IPMI and KVM access of server for installation.

What we do with this information
1- We require this information to understand your needs and to provide you with better service, and for the following particular reasons:
2- We use your information to respond to your queries and provide the information you request about our products and services, to manage our relationship with you and for internal record keeping.
3- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
4- We may periodically send promotional emails about our products, special offers or other information which we think are interesting for you, using that email addresses which you have provided us.
5- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes.

Terms and Conditions
A. RENT A SERVER FROM OUR COMPANY :-
1). If you rent a server from us on per month plan, keep it in your mind that it is only per month subscription.
2). After payment in 24 working hours, you receive an email that contains all details that includes:
a). Web Portal Username and password
b). Desktop client Username, Password, and UUID.
c). Linux server root password will not be delivered. becuase SSH access is blocked by firewall.
3). Once we receive the payment, it is not refundable. We will return payment if customer server, our web portal, desktop client or mobile application is not working fine during that month period. (In this condition our technical team first check and evaluate the server, web portal desktop client and mobile application. After checking in 24 hours our support team may replace your server or your server location).
4). If you face any issue in your paid period than you need to email our technical team

After receiving your email in 24 hours, our technical team will join you on Skype, TeamViewer or Any Desk ID.
5). In the whole month period, our technical team will be available to teach you how to configure VOS3000 Web V3.0 in demo server. However, our technical team does not provide you with any configuration on your live server. Like Rates Adding, Customer Adding, Vender Adding, Routing Gateway, Mapping Gateway or any Gateway Support.
6). Before the expiring of your server, you need to pay the rent of server in 24 hours and inform us about it. If payment is not received before the expiry date, we will shut off your server and delete all your database.
B). VOS3000 WEB V3.0 Install on your server :-
1). In VOS3000 WEB V3.0 INSTALLATION plan we will install (Desktop Client 2.1.4.0 Web V3.0 and Mobile Application) on your server.
(FOR INSTALLATION we need CENTOS 6.2 bit 64. If centos are not available on your server, then our technical team installs Centos 6.2 bit 64 on your server. For the centos installation, we need IPMI or KVM access. For this installation maybe our technical team may charge an extra fee. )
2). Once the client sends us server details with ROOT Password and Username, Then our technical team will check the server if it is possible to install VOS3000 Web V3.0 on your server. This process takes 1 to 5 hours after this evaluation client needs to make payment of installation that is given on this link (http://www.vos3000.io/vos3000_one_time_installation.php).
3). After evaluation and receiving payment in 24 hours you receive an email that contains all details which includes:
a). Web Portal Username and password
b). Desktop client Username, Password, and UUID
c). ROOT Password and Username
4). Once the client makes payment, we will not return payment. We will return payment if customer Web portal, desktop client or mobile application not working fine. (In this condition our technical team first check and evaluate the service of the web portal, desktop client or mobile application.)
5). If you face any issue in our service than you need to email our technical team

After we receive your email, in 24 hours our technical team will join you on Skype, TeamViewer or Any Desk ID.
6). In whole license year, our technical team is available to teach you how to configure VOS3000 Web V3.0 on the demo server. Unfortunately, our technical team does not provide any configuration on your server. Like Rates Adding, Customer Adding, Vender Adding, Routing Gateway, Mapping Gateway or any Gateway Support.
C). VOS3000 Version 2.1.4.0 Install on your server :-
1). In VOS3000 INSTALLATION plan we only install VOS3000 CLIENT VERSION 2.1.4.0 on your server.
(FOR INSTALLATION we need CENTOS 6.2 bit 64. If CentOS is not available on your server, then our technical team installs CentOS 6.2 bit 64 on your server. For the centos installation, we need IPMI or KVM access. For this installation maybe our technical team may charge an extra fee.)
2). Once the client sends us server details with ROOT Password and Username, Then our technical team will check the server if it is possible to install VOS3000 Web V3.0 on your server. This process takes 1 to 5 hours after this evaluation client needs to make payment of installation that is given on this link (http://www.vos3000.io/vos3000_one_time_installation.php).
3). After payment in 24 hours, you receive an email that contains all details that includes:
a). Desktop client Username, Password, and UUID.
4). If you face any issue within 15 days, then you need to email our technical team.

After we receive your email, our technical team will contact you in 24 hours, and our technical team may join you on Skype, TeamViewer or Any Desk ID. (After 15 days we are not responsible for giving any FREE SUPPORT to the client)

One other thing to keep in mind is that due to any security risk that could occur, our team is liable to change your login details or upgrade your portal at any given time, without your knowledge to decrease the risk of any kind of attack and ensuring the safety of your data but if such attacks do occur, VOS300 is not liable for any damages to the portal or any data stolen. Some of the measures that we have adopted are having facilities for the secure storage of personal information, having secure offices and access controls for our computer systems. We will also take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information that we no longer need for any purpose. Controlling your personal information We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or we are required by law to do so. In the event of a criminal investigation, we may be required by law enforcement agencies to share certain personal information. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible on support@vos3000.io.
